Over the past two years, the Binh Ca 1 Village Party Cell, Tu Quan Commune Party Committee (Yen Son) has continuously achieved the title of exemplary clean and strong and is the Party Cell chosen by the Commune Party Committee to build a model of "four good Party Cell". Comrade Truong Quoc Phong, Party Cell Secretary, Village Head emphasized that to build a four good Party Cell, a four good Party Committee, we must start with Party members, as Uncle Ho taught: "Only good Party members can make a good Party Cell, a good Party Cell is because all Party members are good".

Over the past years, 21 party members in the Party cell have promoted their role as role models, overcome all difficulties, and skillfully mobilized people to contribute billions of dong to build new rural areas. In particular, skillfully mobilized people in building rural concrete roads, intra-field roads, and village cultural houses. Up to now, the village has completed 4 km of concrete roads; the cultural houses have been built spaciously and up to standards; 2.5 km of village roads have electricity; 70% of households in the village have a good standard of living or better; the village has had no complaints for many years.
Aware that economic development is not only to enrich himself, but also to create a commodity production area with the villagers, party member Nguyen Van Xuan is a pioneer in developing the village's economy.

Mr. Xuan shared that cadres and party members must be exemplary in all work so that people will listen. Each party member must be like a flag leading the way in implementing resolutions and public and private work. Mr. Xuan currently has a fruit tree model including V2 oranges, green-skinned grapefruit, and guava, with a total annual income of about 400 million VND. Since having an economy, Mr. Xuan and party members and people have joined hands to build concrete roads and contribute to projects in the village.

To achieve this result, Binh Ca 1 Party Cell has been actively building Party cells with specific contents for many years. Party Cell Secretary Truong Quoc Hung affirmed that the leader must focus on the content of Party cell activities, implement democracy, and make all information transparent so that Party members can know and discuss; Party members must always implement discipline and order well, then everything will be effective.

Phong Quang village Party cell, Vinh Quang commune Party Committee (Chiem Hoa) has promoted the role of the Party cell in implementing the movement to build a model new rural area in residential areas. The Party cell determines that if the Party cell is strong, the cadres and Party members must be good. Always uphold the exemplary leading role of Party members from contributing funds to building infrastructure to solidarity in residential areas...

Mr. Nguyen Dac Kha, a party member and a 2/4-class disabled veteran, despite his poor health, is always at the forefront of village movements. As the head of the self-management group of Phong Quang village, he always promotes his leading role and prestige to set an example for his family, relatives and people. He always reminds people in the group to maintain public hygiene; hang flags on holidays and Tet, contributing to building a civilized residential area.

The leadership and exemplary role of the cadres and party members have created solidarity and unity in leadership and direction, mobilizing the combined strength of the people. Phong Quang has mobilized people to contribute nearly 1 billion VND to build a model new rural area; concretizing over 1.2 km of traffic roads, internal roads, building over 2 km of drainage ditches and 850 m of lighting lines. The campus and gate of the cultural house have been built, renovated, clean and beautiful. The village main roads all have flower beds, ornamental trees...

With these achievements, Phong Quang village was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the People's Committee of Chiem Hoa district for studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, period 2021 - 2022.

Do well in "self-reflection, self-correction"

For the Thac Nong village Party cell, Son Nam commune Party Committee (Son Duong), "self-reflection and self-correction" is an important driving force to carry out all aspects of work, successfully complete political tasks, build solidarity, enhance the Party's prestige, and create strength for the village to strive to complete the criteria of a model rural area.

Comrade Tran Van Nhan, Secretary of the Thac Nong village Party Cell, said that in the Party Cell's thematic meeting on "self-reflection and self-correction", Party members in the Party Cell all realized that the leadership and direction process sometimes lacked determination. Party members sometimes did not participate in Party Cell meetings on time, young Party members rarely participated in speaking up and expressing their opinions; Party members also showed signs of avoidance and deference in criticism and self-criticism... Party committees need to be closer to the people; pay attention to leading economic development, and need to focus on leading and proposing solutions to develop cultural life in the village, and have solutions to create a clean and beautiful landscape and environment...

After "examining" the shortcomings, the Party cell discussed solutions to gradually correct and overcome the limitations pointed out. During the Party cell meeting, the Party cell continued to "examine" the "corrected" things to evaluate, learn from experience and continue to correct in the future. Thanks to that, the Party cell of Thac Nong village has always been considered a strong Party cell of the Son Nam Commune Party Committee. Thac Nong village is the first village in the province to call for socialization to build an asphalt road over 1 km long with a cost of nearly 1.6 billion VND.

Party cell of village 7, Luong Vuong commune Party Committee (Tuyen Quang city) has achieved exemplary clean and strong status for 4 years. Comrade Le Quang Phuc, Party cell secretary and head of village 7, said that the Party cell has built resolutions close to reality, assigned tasks to each party member in charge. Then, regular inspections and supervisions were carried out, so the work and set goals were all completed early. The tasks of 2023 such as implementing revenue collection, environmental sanitation, protecting urban road corridors, establishing inter-family fire prevention and fighting teams, etc., were led by the Party cell to be completed in the first 6 months of the year.

Party cell supervision and party members “self-examination and self-correction” have become regular activities at party cell meetings. From this way of doing things, party members have a higher responsibility for their tasks. The party cell always completes its tasks well each year, building solidarity between the Party and the People.
