The entire city has 29 people passed the exam, lacking 3 recruitment targets. This is the only locality in Hai Duong province recruiting commune-level civil servants in 2024.

The city has 16 wards and communes that have met their recruitment targets; Pha Lai, Chi Minh and Sao Do wards each have one recruitment target short.
