The entire city has had 29 successful candidates, leaving 3 vacancies. This is the only locality in Hai Duong province recruiting commune-level civil servants in 2024.

The city has 16 wards and communes that have filled all their quotas; the wards of Phả Lại, Chí Minh, and Sao Đỏ each have one vacancy.
