On the morning of April 17, the Provincial Party Committee held a conference of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in the first quarter of 2023. Comrade Hoang Thi Thuy Lan, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation chaired the conference.

Attending the conference were comrades: Pham Hoang Anh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Vu Viet Van, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee, Heads of the Party Building Committees of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of a number of departments, branches, sectors, and socio-political organizations of the province.

In the first quarter of 2023, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, mass organizations focused on the grassroots, closely following the grassroots, innovating the content and methods of operation, gathering and attracting a large number of members and union members to participate in the tasks of socio -economic development, Party and government building, and strengthening national defense and security of the province.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, mass organizations have actively participated in activities to care for the material and spiritual life of union members, association members and people of all walks of life; directed the improvement of the quality of activities, closely following political tasks; propagated and mobilized cadres, union members, association members and people to implement the pilot project to build a model of "Model Cultural Village"; implemented the movement "All people participate in protecting the environment, building a Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful residential area"...

In the second quarter, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations continued to do a good job of propaganda and mobilization of cadres, union members, association members and people of all walks of life to comply with and implement the Party's policies and the State's and province's laws.

Actively participate in the implementation of the Project to build a model of "Model Cultural Village"; patriotic emulation movements, campaigns; participate in preventing and combating corruption, building the Party, building a clean and strong government, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members, association members and people.

Concluding the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Hoang Thi Thuy Lan acknowledged the role and effectiveness of the provincial Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in promoting the overall development of the province; shared the difficulties of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in performing their tasks.

However, to overcome the limitations in performing tasks and functions, and further improve operational efficiency, the Provincial Party Secretary suggested that in the coming time, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations need to focus on implementing the following tasks: Focus on thoroughly grasping Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XII) and Conclusion No. 21 of the Central Executive Committee; proactively review and continue to advise on the implementation of directives, resolutions, decisions, plans, and conclusions issued by the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee.

Focus on directing the completion of the goals and targets set by the Resolutions of the Provincial and Central Party Congresses; innovate the content of activities, focus on political tasks, especially the core forces, leading the way in socio-economic development.

Along with that, continue to innovate the methods of mobilizing, gathering, and attracting core forces in economic development. Strengthen propaganda, raise awareness of union members, association members, and people in building "Model Cultural Villages", building new rural areas, ensuring security and order...

The Provincial Party Secretary assigned the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee and the Department of Home Affairs to coordinate with localities and sectors to remove difficulties in personnel work of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at present; the Mass Mobilization Committee closely, closely and promptly monitors the implementation of tasks of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations; requests the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to have a specific plan to coordinate with the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in implementing socio-economic development tasks.

Regarding the implementation of the pilot project to build a "Model Cultural Village", Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Thi Thuy Lan said that the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee is very interested in improving the quality of people's lives and that people are the subjects enjoying the fruits of development. Therefore, units need to assign cadres to closely follow the province's instructions to advise leaders to effectively implement solutions and bring the project into life.
