For cases of pushing, evading, or irresponsibility, causing delay or failure to decide on issues and jobs within their competence, they must review and handle relevant collective and individual responsibilities in accordance with regulations; strictly handle acts that cause troubles, harassment, corruption and negativity.
Mr. Phan Van Mai also asked the units to strengthen the inspection of official activities, especially the surprise inspection.
