| At the Public Administrative Service Center of Quyet Thang Ward, officials and civil servants work diligently and responsibly, processing documents to serve the people. |
In June, the atmosphere at the Public Administrative Service Center of Quyet Thang Ward was bustling and orderly. The application of digital technology and the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to support information retrieval and guide public services has contributed to improving service quality and making things more convenient for the people.
Holding the recently processed documents in his hand, Mr. Ha Quoc Cuong, from Group 9, Quyet Thang Ward, shared: "I am very satisfied that the time taken to process administrative procedures has been shortened, travel is more convenient, and the quality of service is constantly improving."
Not only at the Public Administrative Service Center, but also in the specialized departments of the ward, the spirit of responsible and proactive work is clearly demonstrated. Professional meetings and exchanges of expertise are held regularly to promptly address difficulties and resolve issues arising from practical situations.
Achieving that result was the culmination of efforts by local Party committees and authorities to create unity in awareness and action throughout the entire political system.
On July 1, 2025, Quyet Thang ward officially commenced operations based on the merger of Thinh Dan ward, Quyet Thang commune, and Phuc Ha commune. After the merger, the new ward has a population of nearly 30,000 people with more than 2,900 Party members active in affiliated grassroots Party organizations.

The merger not only opened up new opportunities for development but also placed many demands on leadership and management. Many officials were assigned new tasks, changed positions, or took on areas they had never been in charge of before.
In light of this reality, the Party Committee of the ward determined that ideological work must precede other tasks, creating unity throughout the entire Party organization and laying the foundation for the operation of the new apparatus.
Based on that, the Ward Party Committee has comprehensively implemented the dissemination of policies, resolutions, and conclusions of the Central and Provincial authorities regarding the restructuring and streamlining of the administrative apparatus. At the same time, it regularly monitors public opinion and promptly addresses concerns and difficulties of cadres, Party members, and the people.
Comrade Pham Viet Dung, Secretary of the Party Committee of Quyet Thang Ward, said: With high political determination, the ward is focusing on building a streamlined and smoothly operating administrative apparatus, using the satisfaction of the people as a measure of effectiveness.
Comrade Nguyen Duc Nhat, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of the ward, shared: "Initially, I had some concerns about the demands of the new job. But after receiving guidance from the leadership, I determined that I must strive harder to fulfill my duties, contribute to building collective unity, and better serve the people."
By fostering a spirit of unity and solidarity among its officials and staff, Quyet Thang ward has effectively addressed many key tasks. Issues related to administrative procedures, land, and civil registration have been handled promptly.
Decentralization and delegation of authority have been implemented synchronously. Coordination regulations have been issued with clear responsibilities for each person and task. In particular, the field of administrative reform has achieved many positive results, with the rate of online applications at the ward reaching over 95%, and the rate of digitized documents exceeding 98%.
These positive changes contribute to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of local government operations, creating favorable conditions for the ward to achieve its socio-economic development goals, Party building, and political system strengthening.
As a result, in 2025, the ward's administrative reform efforts ranked 3rd in the entire province; the satisfaction index of organizations and individuals with administrative services ranked 6th among the 92 communes and wards. Notably, the ward's Party Committee was one of 17 exemplary grassroots Party organizations commended and rewarded by the Provincial Party Committee.
