Experience a groundbreaking digital technology journey.
The world is entering an era of powerful digital transformation. While green transformation is linked to changes in lifestyle, production, and consumption patterns towards sustainability, digital transformation in the tourism industry fuels the transition from traditional management, business, and marketing models to modern, data-driven models, aiming to improve operational efficiency, increase competitiveness, and provide a better experience for tourists.

Digital transformation opens up opportunities to accelerate development, improve efficiency, and expand market scale. If the tourism industry wants to achieve double-digit growth, technology will undoubtedly be an indispensable factor. Tourism needs to embrace the digital transformation trend to achieve even greater breakthroughs.
Aiming to promote the digital transformation of tourism, for the first time at VITM Hanoi 2025, the Vietnam Tourism Association and VietSolutions Group launched the TechZone, bringing together 20 advanced technology solutions to create an attractive technology-based experience for visitors.

Future directions for Vietnam's tourism industry.
Technological breakthroughs are creating a double advantage for both businesses and tourists. Opening a TechZone booth at VITM 2025 will provide businesses with opportunities to access technology and implement stronger digital transformation, accelerating their progress towards green growth and sustainable development. Businesses can optimize operational processes, expand their market reach, and enhance marketing effectiveness through online platforms. All of these contribute to improving the quality of service and the competitiveness of Vietnamese tourism on the world map.

Although this year's VITM is not yet a specialized digital transformation fair and Vietnam still has limitations in accessing global technology compared to the rest of the world, those working in the industry remain steadfast in their goal of taking steady steps in line with the theme "Developing green destinations, elevating Vietnamese tourism".
Clearly, the four days of VITM Hanoi 2025 were not just a tourism promotion event, but also opened up long-term development directions for the industry. Experts emphasized that for Vietnam's tourism industry to develop strongly, a comprehensive change from mindset to action is needed, along with continued promotion of technology application and constant innovation.
The support of the State and professional associations will be a solid foundation, helping Vietnamese tourism not only recover from difficulties but also make spectacular breakthroughs, affirming its position as a leading smart, safe, and attractive destination in the region.
