Every Sunday afternoon, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., this place opens a tea talk session called “Tea Talk” - a slow journey where stories are told through the color, aroma and taste of tea.
During the hour, attendees took turns enjoying four specialty teas.
Starting with ancient Shan Tuyet green tea with a fresh aroma, clear taste, light astringency, and a sweet aftertaste that lasts like an early season breeze.
Next is the lightly fermented white tea, clear and deep as if gathering all the essence of heaven and earth in one relaxing sip; Shan Tuyet yellow tea has the aroma of ripe fruit with a hint of wild flowers, a smooth taste, and a deep sweet aftertaste like a stream of memories quietly rushing back.
And finally, Oolong tea with magnolia flowers, cool as a summer dream, leaves a peace that is hard to describe.
Tea talk at SANH is not only for drinking, but also an opportunity to learn how to listen to the whispers of tea.

From the color of the water in the cup, the twist of each dry tea leaf, to the lingering aroma in the porcelain and the lingering aftertaste on the tip of the tongue. Each seemingly simple detail, when perceived with silence, becomes a gateway to the world of traditional taste, full of cultural depth of the Vietnamese people.
SANH does not create elaborate rituals for “Tea Talk”. Just a few wooden tables, eight seats, enough to keep the conversation from fading, so that each guest becomes a companion, not just a listener.
Tea is poured like in the old days: rustic, slow like the way our grandparents used to sit on the porch, sip and tell stories about the village, stories about the seasons...
No script, the narrator of the tea talk is not an artist, nor does he claim to be an expert. He is just a person who loves tea, lives with tea, and puts his faith in tea.
The story of tea at SANH also has a story about Vietnamese agricultural products.
There is no imported tea here. SANH only chooses teas that grow from the motherland, teas that have lived with the sun and rain of their homeland, breathed the local air, and been cherished by the hands of Vietnamese people.
“SÁNH was built from the simple desire to bring Vietnamese agricultural products closer to domestic and international consumers, through familiar everyday drinks” - Ly Minh Bao, co-founder of SÁNH, shared.
From there, SANH sets a clear criterion of 100% Vietnamese: Vietnamese specialties, produced in Vietnam, owned by Vietnamese people.
Therefore, “Tea Story” at SANH is not only a journey of enjoyment. It is also a way to connect with decent agriculture , with indigenous origins and gratitude.
Honestly, not everyone “falls in love with tea” at first sight. But if you want a quiet hour, to refresh your heart, open your taste buds, and let the little story of tea creep into a busy Sunday, try sitting down with SÁNH.
