Attending the program were representatives from the leadership of police units under the direct control of the police; police officers from communes, wards, and towns; representatives from the Executive Committee of the Women's Union at the local level; and over 100 children of officers and soldiers, children sponsored by the Women's Union at various levels, and adopted children of commune police officers.

The organizing committee commended the children who achieved outstanding results in the 2024-2025 school year.
Over the past period, the Women's Associations of the Provincial Police and commune-level police have actively cared for, nurtured, and supported adopted children who are orphans due to the Covid-19 pandemic and other causes, as well as children in difficult circumstances. Particularly noteworthy are the effective activities of the "Godmother" program, the "Circle of Love" model, and the "Compassionate Lottery" project within the provincial police force. Through these initiatives, funds have been generated to care for and nurture children affected by the Covid-19 pandemic and families in difficult circumstances.
On the occasion of Vietnamese Family Day on June 28th, to continue motivating orphaned and disadvantaged children to strive and excel in life and studies, the Bac Lieu Provincial Police awarded 10 scholarships under the "Sowing Seeds of Knowledge - Lighting Up the Future" program to children who are sponsored by the Women's Associations of the Provincial Police and adopted children of commune police officers.
At the same time, the organization commended and presented 49 gifts to the children of officers and soldiers who had made efforts and achieved excellent results in the 2024-2025 school year. The total value of the gifts was 57 million VND.

The children were delighted to participate in the "Summer Market for Kids" activity, choosing the items they liked.
As part of the second "My Summer" program in 2025, the Provincial Police Department organized the awards ceremony for the Writing and Drawing Contest "Proud that my parents are People's Police officers," which was launched in February 2025 within the Bac Lieu Provincial Police Department.
Over the course of the competition, hundreds of entries were submitted by children of officers and soldiers throughout the force. Many of these entries were meticulously crafted, unique, and full of creativity, showcasing artistic talent as well as a deep understanding of the sacrifices and dedication of their parents – the Bac Lieu Public Security officers who are working tirelessly day and night to protect the peaceful and happy lives of the people.
The Organizing Committee selected and awarded prizes to 11 high-quality written works and 17 high-quality drawings. In addition, many lively and meaningful activities were organized, such as: organizing visits and incense offerings for children at the Ho Chi Minh Memorial House within the Provincial Police headquarters; disseminating basic regulations on traffic safety and equipping children with safe traffic participation skills; and participating in the "Summer Market for Children" activity…

Over 100 children, including children of officers and soldiers, children sponsored by Women's Union branches at various levels, and children adopted by commune police officers, participated in lively and meaningful summer activities to celebrate Vietnamese Family Day on June 28th.
Through the "My Summer" series of activities, we aim to create a beneficial and healthy playground, contributing to motivating young children to continue striving and training to become good children, good students, and good grandchildren of Uncle Ho. At the same time, we aim to improve the effectiveness and quality of childcare, education , and protection within the police force in the future.
