Ms. Bui Mai Hoa, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, has been transferred and appointed to the position of Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee.

On February 19th, the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions regarding organizational and personnel matters.

Accordingly, the decision concludes the operation of Party Committees, Party Executive Boards at the provincial level, and the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc in Ninh Binh province. The decisions take effect from March 1, 2025.

The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department was established by merging the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department. Ms. Bui Mai Hoa, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, was transferred to the position of Head of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department from March 1st.

The Party Committee of Party agencies directly under the Provincial Party Committee was established, comprising 24 grassroots Party organizations and 584 Party members, transferred from the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc. Mr. Mai Văn Tuất, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Ninh Bình Provincial People's Council, holds the position of Secretary of the Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

The Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, directly under the Provincial Party Committee, was established, comprising 41 grassroots Party organizations and 4,990 Party members transferred from the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc. Pham Quang Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee, holds the position of Secretary of the Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

In addition, the decision was made to transfer the grassroots Party organizations and Party members under the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises to be directly under the Yen Khanh, Gia Vien, Hoa Lu, and Tam Diep District Party Committees.
