At the conference, the People's Committee of Nghia Do Ward announced and presented decisions on the establishment of Nghia Do Secondary School; decisions on the appointment of the Principal and Vice-Principals; and also announced the decision to establish the school's Party Branch.

Accordingly, Ms. Pham Thanh Binh, Deputy Principal of Le Quy Don Secondary School, has been appointed as Principal of Nghia Do Secondary School and simultaneously designated as the Party Secretary of the school.

Speaking at the conference, Nguyen Hong Son, Secretary of the Nghia Do Ward Party Committee, emphasized that the establishment of Nghia Do Secondary School is a significant event for the local education and training system, marking a new step in the investment and improvement of the school system in the area.

Mr. Nguyen Hong Son stated that, over the years, education has always been a highlight and a prominent strength of Nghia Do ward. The ward's Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term has identified the development of education and training as one of the key tasks, a fundamental aspect in the strategy for human development and building a civilized and modern locality.

The establishment of Nghia Do Junior High School not only aims to meet the requirements of educational development and reduce pressure on classrooms, but also demonstrates the determination of the local Party committee and government to continue affirming Nghia Do's position as a leading area in educational quality in the capital city.

Comrade Nguyen Hong Son also stated that, according to the establishment plan, Nghia Do Secondary School is oriented towards being built according to the model of a standard school, with modern facilities and high quality; gradually striving to approach the standards of traditional and reputable schools in the area such as Nghia Tan Secondary School and Le Quy Don Secondary School.

Emphasizing the large workload ahead, the Secretary of the Party Committee of Nghia Do Ward requested that the Party Branch and the School Board of Directors uphold a spirit of responsibility, unity, and proactive innovation; promptly consolidate the organizational structure, build a team of dedicated teachers with professional competence, a spirit of innovation and creativity, and a desire to build the school's brand.

The Party Secretary of the ward also requested the Party Branch of Nghia Do Secondary School to promote its role as the political nucleus, comprehensively lead all activities; build a united, democratic, disciplined, and responsible collective, creating a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the school in the future.

At the conference, the People's Committee of Nghia Do ward also announced the decision to transfer and appoint Ms. Nguyen Thu Ha, Head of the Market Management Board of Nghia Do ward, to the position of Deputy Head of the Culture and Social Affairs Department of the ward.
