Thac Ba Hydropower Joint Stock Company contributed nearly 30 billion VND to the state budget.

According to the plan, in 2025, Thac Ba Hydropower Joint Stock Company in Lao Cai province will produce 375 million kW of electricity, with total revenue estimated at 350 billion VND.

With appropriate and timely solutions to overcome the consequences of natural disasters (especially typhoon No. 3 in September 2024), in the first six months of 2025, Thac Ba Hydropower Joint Stock Company produced 200 million kW of electricity and contributed nearly 30 billion VND to the state budget.

In 2025, Thac Ba Hydropower Joint Stock Company aims to contribute 93.6 billion VND to the state budget.

With the motto "Towards efficient and sustainable development," Thac Ba Hydropower Joint Stock Company has proactively developed production and business plans based on its overall development strategy; effectively managed operations, upgraded technological equipment at the plant, and enhanced the value of the company's assets; innovated technology, expanded production and business, focused on providing technical services, and invested externally to develop scale, thereby contributing to increased output, revenue, and improved living standards for employees.

At the end of 2024, Thac Ba Hydropower Joint Stock Company produced 416 million kW of electricity, contributing 91 billion VND to the state budget. In 2025, the company aims to achieve a production output of over 375 million kW, contributing 93.6 billion VND to the state budget (the lower output compared to 2024 is based on the annual water resource forecast; the increased budget contribution is due to the company's repair services for small and medium-sized hydropower plants in the northern and central provinces).

Thac Ba Hydropower Joint Stock Company is one of the leading contributors to the budget of the former Yen Bai province. Currently, the company has 3 generating units with a total capacity of 120 MW; 126 employees, with an average income of over 20 million VND/person/month.
