According to the Binh Dinh Provincial Tax Department, the unit has taken professional measures to urge tax debt collection for Kim Trieu Joint Stock Company, but the company still has not paid the tax debt to the State budget.

Next, the Tax Department took measures to enforce tax debt collection according to regulations but still could not collect the tax debt of this company.

According to the tax management system of the tax industry, as of June 30, 2020, the tax debt of Kim Trieu Joint Stock Company was 50.56 billion VND.

Late payment from July 1, 2020 to December 6, 2021 (only calculated on tax debt, not on late payment) 4.6 billion VND.

According to Decision No. 4924/QD-UBND dated December 27, 2019 of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province, the additional land use fee of nearly 1 billion VND is calculated for the additional land area of 30.55m2 (not included in the tax debt of more than 50 billion VND mentioned above).

Thus, as of December 7, 2021, Kim Trieu Joint Stock Company still owes a total of more than 55 billion VND in taxes.

As reported by VietNamNet, on October 31, the Investigation Police Agency of Binh Dinh Province issued a decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused, and temporarily detain Ms. Huynh Thi Sen, Director of Kim Trieu Joint Stock Company, for 4 months to investigate the crime of "abuse of trust to appropriate property".

According to the investigation results, since April 2018, Huynh Thi Sen, Director of Kim Trieu Joint Stock Company, used business reasons to make commitments on debt repayment time to borrow from individuals many times, with large sums of money.

When the agreed deadline came, the defendant did not have the money to pay the victim, so he added the interest and principal to rewrite the “loan paper”, “loan paper”, and continued to promise a repayment period. After that, Sen used deceitful tricks to deny responsibility for the remaining debt in order to appropriate it.
