The Tax Department is seeking feedback from taxpayers to improve eTax Mobile.

In order to further develop the eTax Mobile application into one of the key digital transaction channels of the Tax Department, on June 17th, the Tax Department sent out an open letter requesting taxpayers to participate in a survey and provide feedback to improve the eTax Mobile application.

Over the past period, the tax sector has continuously promoted reforms, applied information technology and digital transformation in tax management, and provided electronic tax services, thereby facilitating citizens and businesses in fulfilling their obligations to the state budget.

In line with the Government and the Ministry of Finance 's policy of continuing to innovate management methods, reform administrative procedures, and prioritize the needs of citizens and businesses, while promoting comprehensive digital transformation in state management activities, the tax sector is focusing on building a modern, convenient, user-friendly, and easy-to-use electronic tax service ecosystem.

With a proactive and receptive attitude, and a desire to fully and objectively listen to the opinions of users, the Tax Department requests the community of taxpayers, including organizations, businesses, and individuals, to participate in a survey and provide feedback on features, utilities, and services that need to be added, upgraded, or developed on the eTax Mobile application. Simultaneously, they are encouraged to propose solutions to help the Tax Department further improve the application and enhance the quality of service to citizens and businesses in 2026 and beyond. Taxpayers can participate in the survey and provide feedback online by scanning the QR code in the Tax Department's Open Letter.
