DENSO Factory Hacks Hackathon with total prize of 250 million VND

The DENSO Factory Hacks Hackathon season 3, 2025, organized by DENSO Vietnam Co., Ltd. (a member of DENSO Corporation Japan, the world's leading auto parts manufacturer) in collaboration with FPT with a total prize worth 250 million VND has been launched.

In the 2024 season, hundreds of technology contestants participated in the DENSO Factory Hacks Hackathon

Unlike the previous two seasons, DENSO Factory Hacks 2025 offers a series of topics based on production practices to help candidates understand the factory operation process. Smart forecasting: collect and analyze data to predict market trends or production disruption risks. Precise operation: optimize the line to reduce errors and waste. 3). Continuous production: maintain high productivity, deliver on time.

With the mission of pioneering innovation and exploiting the power of technology to solve social problems, DENSO hopes that the competition will find breakthrough ideas that can be applied in production practices, while inspiring creativity for engineers and technology students.

The competition takes place from September 15 to December 17, 2025 with three rounds, open to all technology lovers, forming teams of up to 5 members, with no age limit. Candidates need to have knowledge or passion in the fields of data science , artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, programming...

The 2024 season saw hundreds of technology contestants participating, witnessing the ETTN team from Hanoi University of Science and Technology win the championship with the project "Application of AI and IoT in factory production monitoring".

The solution is being developed by the team with DENSO Vietnam engineers to be put into practical implementation from 2026. Previously, in 2023, the champion team from Hanoi University of Science and Technology received an investment of 300,000 USD from DENSO Vietnam and cooperated withFPT engineers to apply the project at the factory from 2025.
