Red Flamboyant Singing Contest

On October 28, at the Provincial Children's House, the Provincial Youth Union organized the 2nd Red Flamboyant Singing Contest in 2023.

This year’s Red Flamboyant Singing Contest has 11 units representing districts, towns, city unions and university and college unions across the province. The units will choose to participate in the competition with 3 categories: singing, independent dance and illustrated singing and dancing.

After a day of exciting, engaging competition, carefully invested with rich content praising the Party, Uncle Ho, the Youth Union, Association, Team and national traditions, homeland and country; praising the school, teachers, childhood, friendship... demonstrated the dynamism and creativity of union members and young people in the field of art.

As a result, Ham Thuan Nam District Youth Union won the first prize; 2 second prizes went to Phan Thiet City Youth Union and La Gi Town Youth Union; 2 third prizes went to Bac Binh District Youth Union and Binh Thuan College Youth Union; 3 consolation prizes went to Duc Linh District Youth Union, Ham Thuan Bac District Youth Union, Phan Thiet University Youth Union and 1 prize for the best single performance went to the song "Mai Dinh Lang Bien" by Duc Linh District Youth Union.

The Red Flamboyant Singing Contest is organized to create a playground for union members and youth in schools. This is also an opportunity for union officials and youth members of schools in the whole province to exchange and learn from each other; at the same time, to deeply educate students about the history and revolutionary traditions of Vietnamese students, about the love for the homeland, country and people. Thereby, contributing to the perfection of personality, enhancing national pride through artistic performances. At the same time, it will discover and promptly nurture young talents in the field of culture and arts, to serve the cultural and artistic movement of the province.
