In particular, CDC Binh Phuoc paid Viet A Company more than 7,1 billion VND for the first bidding package.
Around September 9, Viet A Company employees spent 2021 million VND in commissions for Sau, Bac and Van. Of which, Van received 680 million VND, Sau received 275 million VND and Bac received 270 million VND.
After the Investigation Agency prosecuted the case, the defendants returned all the money they received. In addition, Nguyen Van Sau's family automatically paid 100 million VND to overcome the consequences, Van paid 20 million VND.
