Attending the conference were Mr. Nguyen Thang Loi, Director of the Civil Enforcement Management Department, Ministry of Justice, and Mr. Phan Thai Binh , Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of the city and Head of the City's Civil Enforcement Steering Committee.

In 2025, the city's Civil Enforcement leadership will focus on comprehensive direction, ensuring the efficient operation of the system, promoting digital transformation, and improving professional quality and service to the people.
Accordingly, the entire sector completed 18,173 cases, achieving a rate of 85.27% compared to the same period in 2024 and exceeding the assigned target of 83.95% by 1.32%. The number of cases successfully enforced for revenue collection for the State budget was 16,200, reaching a rate of 91.88% in terms of cases and 62.01% in terms of money.
Regarding the resolution of credit-related cases, banks have completed 388 cases, achieving a success rate of 31.75% in terms of cases and 45.35% in terms of monetary value.
Regarding the recovery of assets seized or lost in criminal cases related to corruption and economic crimes, 67 cases have been completed, achieving a rate of 77.91%.
The entire sector ensures the monitoring of administrative enforcement, receiving citizens and resolving complaints and denunciations; preventing and combating corruption and negative practices. Alongside this, it effectively implements administrative reform, applies information technology; disseminates and popularizes laws and media...
At the conference, several presentations clarified the achievements in enforcement work over the past period; at the same time, they pointed out the difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process. Based on that, delegates proposed practical solutions to improve the effectiveness of civil judgment enforcement work in the future.

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Phan Thai Binh requested the city's Civil Enforcement Department to enhance its role in advising the Party Committee and the government on leadership, direction, and state management of civil enforcement, and monitoring administrative enforcement; especially its role as the standing agency of the City Civil Enforcement Steering Committee in promptly advising on and resolving emerging difficulties and obstacles.

The Civil Enforcement sector continues to promote administrative reform, digital transformation, and the application of information technology in management, direction, and operation to improve operational efficiency.
Departments and agencies should research and advise on the development of a database on enforcement of judgments to integrate into the national database, ensuring a "sufficient, clean, and active" data source as required.
In addition, it is necessary to strengthen the supervision of civil enforcement work in localities, ensuring transparency and openness, so that enforcement work can achieve more positive results in the future...

At the conference, participating units signed a cooperation program for future enforcement work. Many collectives and individuals received commendations and emulation flags from the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Justice, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of the city for their outstanding achievements in 2025.
