Da Nang announces rental price framework for social housing.

The applicable subjects include organizations and individuals participating in the investment and construction of social housing; organizations participating in the investment and construction of worker accommodation in industrial zones; households and individuals renting social housing; organizations and individuals renting worker accommodation in industrial zones; state management agencies and related organizations.

The rental price framework for social housing and worker accommodation in industrial zones within the city includes: Rental price framework for social housing built with non-public investment capital or trade union funds; Rental price framework for social housing built by individuals; Rental price framework for worker accommodation in industrial zones.

Accordingly, the rental price framework for social housing projects built with non-public investment capital and trade union funds is applied according to each type of housing. For apartment buildings with less than 5 floors (without basements), the minimum rental price is 68,000 VND/m2/month, and the maximum is 108,000 VND/m2/month; for buildings with basements, the rental price ranges from 77,000 VND/m2/month to a maximum of 122,000 VND/m2/month.

The higher the number of floors in an apartment building, the higher the rental price. The highest prices are for buildings with 24-30 floors (including 2 basement levels), with a minimum rental price of 106,000 VND/m2/month and a maximum of 171,000 VND/m2/month.

For social housing built by individuals, the lowest rental price is 54,000 VND/m2/month for single-story, self-contained apartments. Rental prices for 2-3 story houses range from 82,000 VND to 89,000 VND/m2/month. Houses with 4-5 stories and a construction area under 50m2 have rental prices ranging from 89,000 VND to 97,000 VND/m2/month.

Specifically, the rental price for worker accommodation in industrial zones ranges from 63,000 VND/m2/month to 162,000 VND/m2/month, depending on the size of the building.
