During the past term, the Party Committee of Agribank's Hai Duong branch experienced changes in its organizational structure and personnel. Before being transferred to the direct control of the Agribank Party Committee, the Party Committee of Agribank's Hai Duong branch (under the Hai Duong City Party Committee) had 129 party members operating in 7 branches.

Implementing the plan to establish Party committees throughout the Agribank system, since 2023, the Party Committee of Agribank Hai Duong province branch and the Party committees and branches at Agribank type II branches have been transferred to the direct control of the Agribank Party Committee. After the process of receiving Party organizations and members, the Party Committee of Agribank Hai Duong province branch has 368 Party members, operating in 14 subordinate branches.

During the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee consistently prioritized the work of developing Party members. The Party Committee granted full membership to 99 probationary members and admitted 105 new members, achieving 100% of the target set by the Congress Resolution.

The Youth Union branch has been promoting the pioneering role of youth in professional activities, movement activities, brand promotion, image building, and product and service development through various activities. Typical examples include participating in the online photo contest "The Beauty of Agribank Hai Duong Youth" and the program "Agribank Hai Duong Youth Leveraging Youth Power in Digital Transformation". The Youth Union also implemented a program to provide VietQR coverage throughout the branch; and participated in activities within the "Agribank - For a Green Future" program, such as planting trees along roadsides.

During the past term, Agribank's Hai Duong branch allocated nearly 43 billion VND to social charity work with programs such as "Volunteer Spring - Loving Tet" in the province, and organized the charity program "Each Shirt - A Kind Heart" to donate to disadvantaged people in some mountainous provinces in the North... In particular, the branch supported the Covid-19 prevention and control efforts in localities in the province with a total amount of nearly 6 billion VND.

During the 2020-2025 term, Agribank's Hai Duong branch mobilized capital increased by an average of 11.1% per year, exceeding the target by 3.1%; outstanding loans increased by an average of 10.9% per year, exceeding the target by 2.9%; and revenue from products and services increased by an average of 9.9% per year, exceeding the target by 1.9%. Credit quality was ensured, with the non-performing loan ratio lower than 0.68%. To date, the total capital and outstanding loans have exceeded VND 63,000 billion, an increase of nearly VND 25,700 billion compared to the beginning of the term.

Credit growth is on track, focusing on agriculture, rural areas, production, business, and priority sectors of the Government and the State Bank. Currently, lending to agriculture and rural areas accounts for 71% of the branch's total outstanding loans. The branch's market share of outstanding loans accounts for 15.72% of the total outstanding loans of credit institutions in the area.

Agribank's Hai Duong provincial branch identifies digital transformation as a crucial task.

In the context of rapid technological development, the Party Committee of Agribank's Hai Duong branch has identified digital transformation and green transformation as one of its important political tasks. Through investment and upgrading of infrastructure, especially digital infrastructure, the branch now has 30 transaction points with 9 CDM (Cash Deposit Machine), 33 ATMs, 30 card payment acceptance points, and more than 2,000 QR code payment points covering all transaction points throughout the province.

The branch has technologized information in all areas, from customer support to management and operations. It has actively deployed the Agribank Digital banking platform and e-banking applications on smart mobile devices, providing customers with a modern and convenient experience through many new features.

Besides its business activities, Agribank's Hai Duong provincial branch also engages in many social welfare activities.

The branch's position within the province and the entire system has been increasingly enhanced; it has effectively fulfilled its leading and key role in the rural financial and credit market. In particular, the branch has implemented business solutions to meet the capital needs of the people and key economic programs of the province; it has always stood alongside the people and customers in overcoming difficulties, especially during the years affected by the Covid-19 pandemic and in 2024 when many customers were affected by Typhoon No. 3.

With its outstanding achievements, the Party Committee of Agribank's Hai Duong branch has been awarded the emulation flag by the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee on numerous occasions.

During the 2020-2025 term, the unit was evaluated and ranked by Agribank's superiors as a branch that excellently completed its tasks. In 2020, 2022, and 2023, the branch was awarded the title of Third Prize Unit in the entire Agribank system, and in 2021 it achieved the title of Second Prize Unit in the entire Agribank system.
