The land allocation limit for production forest land is no more than 30 hectares.

This provision is part of the Regulations on land allocation limits, land use right recognition limits, land transfer limits, and minimum area for land subdivision and consolidation for various land types in Quang Nam province, recently issued by the Provincial People's Committee. Specifically:

1. The land area of ​​agricultural land reclaimed by households and individuals without disputes shall be recognized according to the provisions of Clause 2 of this Article when a certificate is issued.

2. The land allocation limits for unused land to individuals for use in accordance with the planning for agricultural, forestry, and aquaculture production are as follows:

a) Land for annual crops, aquaculture, and salt production shall not exceed 2 hectares for each type of land.

b) Land for perennial crops shall not exceed 10 hectares for communes, wards, and towns in the plains; and not exceed 30 hectares for communes, wards, and towns in the midland and mountainous regions.

c) Production forest land shall not exceed 30 hectares. In addition, Article 7 (limit on receiving transfers of agricultural land use rights by individuals as stipulated in Article 177 of the 2024 Land Law), the Provincial People's Committee also stipulates:

1. For Zone I: no more than 20 hectares for annual crop land, aquaculture land, and other agricultural land per individual; no more than 30 hectares for perennial crop land; no more than 50 hectares of production forest land per individual.

2. Zone II: not more than 25 hectares for annual crop land, aquaculture land, and other agricultural land per individual; not more than 50 hectares for perennial crop land; not more than 100 hectares of production forest land per individual.

3. Zone III: no more than 30 hectares for annual crop land, aquaculture land, and other agricultural land per individual; no more than 100 hectares for perennial crop land; no more than 300 hectares of production forest land per individual.
