Land auction in Me Linh, starting price 1.5 million VND/m2

ANTD.VN - It is expected that in December, Me Linh district will organize 3 land auctions in Trang Viet commune.

The People's Committee of Me Linh district has just announced the organization of auctions for 33 residential land plots in December 2024. Accordingly, the auction will be held at 8:30 a.m. on December 13 at the Me Linh District Cultural - Information and Sports Center in Dai Thinh commune, Me Linh district.

Specifically, the Me Linh District Land Fund Development Center coordinated with Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company to organize an auction of residential land use rights for 4 plots of land in Ao Dau area, Trang Viet village and 7 plots of land at point X1, Dong Cao village, Trang Viet commune. The plots of land have an area of ​​92.9 to 1,111m2/plot, with a starting price of 1,515,000 VND/m2.

Me Linh organizes land auction in Trang Viet commune with starting price of 1.5 million VND/m2

On December 19, the units continued to organize the auction of land use rights for 11 plots of land at point X1, Dong Cao village, Trang Viet commune, Me Linh district. The plots of land have an area of ​​100 to 155 square meters/plot, with a starting price of VND 1,515,000/square meter.

On December 26, 11 plots of land were auctioned at X1 location, Dong Cao village, Trang Viet commune, Me Linh district. The plots of land ranged in area from 87.4 to 142 square meters, with a starting price of VND 1,515,000/square meter. The auction was conducted by direct voting in multiple rounds and a minimum of 5 mandatory rounds, selecting the customer with the highest bid for each plot of land to be recognized as the winning bidder.

According to Director of the Land Fund Development Center of Me Linh District Dinh Ngoc Thuc, if including these 3 auctions, in 2024, Me Linh District will organize 15 auctions of land use rights, collecting more than 1,400 billion VND in budget revenue.

The auctioned land plots are all located in the rural residential planning area, have been cleared and have been allocated land by the city. Revenue from the land use rights auction is invested by the district in building infrastructure to develop the socio -economic system in the area.
