Ingredient:

- 1 box of soft tofu,

- 4 eggs,

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce,

- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce,

- 1-2 green onions, a little sesame oil.

Making:

Step 1:

- First, take the tofu out of its shell and put it in a ceramic bowl. Then use a spoon to mash the tofu. Next, crack in an egg and stir well with chopsticks.

Step 2:

When you see the tofu and eggs mixed together, it's done. Next, use a spoon to spread the tofu and egg mixture evenly. Then crack 3 more eggs in. Note that you crack the eggs and sprinkle them directly on the surface, do not beat them. Wash and chop the green onions.

Step 3: Add water to the steamer, boil the water and then place the bowl of ingredients on the steamer. Steam this dish for about 12-15 minutes on high heat. If you like to eat soft-boiled eggs, you can shorten the steaming time. On the contrary, if you want the eggs to be well-cooked, you can increase the steaming time by 2 minutes. Add water to the steamer, add boiled eggs and tofu, steam on high heat for 12 minutes. After the dish is cooked, take it out of the pot, add soy sauce and oyster sauce, then sprinkle chopped green onions on top and the dish is complete.
