GĐXH – Following the success of the previous two contest seasons, on the morning of March 14, Vietnam Family Magazine coordinated with Hanoi University to organize the launching ceremony of the 3rd writing contest on the topic 'Father and Daughter' in 2025.

The third 'Father and Daughter' writing contest was launched to contribute to spreading warm and sacred family affection.

Entering its third year, the contest continues to be a forum for fathers and daughters to express their feelings and emotions; to arouse the sacred father-daughter relationship, thereby spreading positive inspiration, multiplying good and right things, and humane stories in life.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, journalist Ho Minh Chien - Editor-in-Chief of Family and Vietnam Magazine, Head of the Organizing Committee of the contest said: " Father and Daughter is a very sacred feeling, a value that never gets old. The stories from the depths of the hearts of fathers and daughters will always move the emotions of each of us in life, which is full of troubles, worries and even the turmoil of today. We hope that through the contest, we will continue to spread the core values ​​of love, compassion and moral values ​​from each individual family, especially among young people, including young students ".

The third writing contest on the theme "Father and Daughter" was officially launched and accepted from March 14, 2025 to June 12, 2025. Through the two previous times, the contest received thousands of articles, which were also touching stories, imbued with the spirit of humanity. Each article showed the feelings of a warm fire burning in each family, warming fates and lives; healing wounds, forgiving mistakes and spreading happy smiles.

This year, the contest has many innovations in both content and form. The organizers encourage authors to send along illustrative photos and videos to create richness, appeal, and improve the quality of the work. The contest also encourages students to participate. The organizers will have a prize category specifically for authors with excellent entries.

In 2025, the whole country is looking forward to celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2. Therefore, the Contest will award prizes to authors with excellent entries about their fathers who are revolutionary activists.

Participants are Vietnamese people living abroad; foreigners living and working in Vietnam with excellent entries will also be awarded prizes at this year's Contest.
