Proposal to expel the former Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Song Cong City from the Party.

At its 33rd session, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee considered several issues, including a proposal to expel Mr. Dao Duy Anh, former Vice Chairman of the Song Cong City People's Committee, from the Party.

Accordingly, the Inspection Committee of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee considered and proposed disciplinary action against Mr. Dao Duy Anh, former Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Song Cong City, for signing a decision to allocate resettlement land to households whose land was confiscated for the implementation of the Thang Loi Extended Road Project Phase 2 and the Thang Loi Road Residential Area Project in violation of regulations.

Previously, the Investigation Police Department of Thai Nguyen province had initiated criminal proceedings against Mr. Dao Duy Anh for the crime of "Violating regulations on land management".

Considering the content, nature, extent, and causes of the violations, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee recommends that the Provincial Party Standing Committee discipline Mr. Dao Duy Anh by expelling him from the Party.

Also at the meeting, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission reviewed the results of the thematic supervision of the Standing Committee of the Pho Yen City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term and some related Party members.

The Inspection Committee of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee found that, in addition to the fundamental strengths, the Standing Committee of the Pho Yen City Party Committee and the supervised Party members had some limitations and shortcomings in leadership, direction, and organization of compensation for land clearance and resettlement support...

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission requests that the supervised Party organizations and members continue to build on their strengths, promptly lead and direct a serious self-criticism, learn from experience, overcome the shortcomings and weaknesses that have been pointed out, and report the results to the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission.
