Proposal to award the First Class Labor Medal to the Party Committee, government and people of Hanoi City

On July 2, the Emulation and Reward Board (Hanoi Department of Home Affairs) issued Official Dispatch No. 383/BTĐ-NV2 on posting information to solicit public opinions on collectives proposed for state-level rewards.

The document stated: The City's Emulation and Reward Committee received a Proposal from the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Hanoi City proposing to award the First Class Labor Medal to the Party Committee, government and people of Hanoi City for their outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas" in the period 2021-2025.

Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 44 of Decree No. 152/2025/ND-CP dated June 14, 2025 of the Government , which stipulates the public announcement of the list of collectives proposed for commendation on the city's media; in order to have a basis for reporting to the City Emulation and Commendation Council for approval, before submitting to the superior for commendation, the City Emulation and Commendation Board posts information to collect public opinions.

Feedback should be sent to the City's Emulation and Reward Board (address: No. 37, Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi City) within 10 working days from the date of posting the information.
