Lam Son Commune organizes the first fruit festival in 2025

From August 29 to August 31, Lam Son Commune People's Committee will organize the first fruit festival in 2025. This is an activity to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels and congratulate the success of the first Lam Son Commune Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Rambutan is one of the specialty fruits of Lam Son commune.

Lam Son mangosteen is famous for its small, sweet seeds and is loved by tourists.

According to the leader of Lam Son Commune People's Committee, the festival will have many unique activities and take place throughout, such as: Exhibition space for OCOP products and fruits, typical products of communes, cooperatives and enterprises; culinary space "Lam Son Delicacies"; check-in with giant fruit models; miniature fruit gardens in the square and actual garden tours at garden locations. The opening ceremony combined with the indigenous cultural night and community art program is expected to take place at 7:00 p.m. on August 30, at the football field of Da Nhim - Ham Thuan - Da Mi Hydropower Joint Stock Company.

Through the festival, Lam Son commune introduces its potential and strengths; promotes fruit brands and the agricultural sector to consumers and businesses inside and outside the province; honors the achievements of farmers in growing and producing fruits, as well as promotes the image and brand of local fruits. The festival is also an opportunity to promote agricultural tourism, attracting tourists to visit, experience and enjoy fresh fruits and processed fruit products, contributing to the development of high-quality agricultural economy associated with tourism.
