Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just issued Official Dispatch No. 2553 on continuing to deploy the movement and exploit the digital popular education platform in the province.

Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested agencies and units to continue implementing the "Digital Education for All" movement in the province. Specifically, departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones thoroughly grasp and disseminate the full contents, goals, and requirements of the "Digital Education for All" movement to all cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers under their management; proactively develop specific action plans for sectors, units, and localities, clearly defining goals, tasks, solutions, and implementation roadmap; arrange appropriate resources, human resources, and technological means to implement the movement in conjunction with assigned political and professional tasks; actively coordinate and share data, infrastructure, digital platforms, and implementation experiences among agencies and units to ensure a synchronous and effective movement. People's Committees of communes and wards improve the operational efficiency of local community digital technology teams to popularize digital skills for people; Strengthen inspection, supervision and evaluation of the implementation results of the movement at units and localities; promptly detect difficulties and problems to report to the Provincial People's Committee (through the Department of Science and Technology) for synthesis and advice on solutions.

The Department of Science and Technology shall preside over and coordinate with relevant units to enhance the exploitation and use of national digital platforms, online learning platforms, and learning management systems to organize mass courses, personalize content for each target group; integrate artificial intelligence applications, open data, virtual assistants, and shared digital science warehouses, ensuring that people, students, and workers can access them conveniently and easily; build the "Digital Popularization" website. At the same time, coordinate with telecommunications and technology units to promote the dissemination of basic digital skills via smartphones, social networking platforms, and provide direct practice instructions related to the practical needs of the people; organize the launching ceremony of the "Digital Popularization" movement at the provincial level in combination with the Digital Technology Festival (expected from September 25 to 26, 2025); Coordinate with the Provincial Police, People's Committees of communes and wards to deploy the digital learning platform and digital skills assessment integrated with VNeID.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to preside over and direct the provincial press and media agencies to strengthen propaganda about the movement; promptly handle false and distorted information about digital transformation policies and guidelines; promote propaganda on social networks, electronic information portals, and grassroots broadcasting systems; encourage cadres, party members, union members, and association members to actively share and spread positive information about the "Digital Literacy for All" movement. The Department of Education and Training directed the inclusion of digital skills training and lifelong learning associated with the movement in teaching and extracurricular activities; launch emulation movements and competitions on digital transformation in schools; encourage schools to provide digital learning materials, online classes, and digital creative spaces to serve the movement.
