In particular, there are effective measures to continue to pay attention to investing in completing infrastructure to serve production and daily life of people; continue to have policies to support livelihoods, develop production for poor, near-poor, and newly escaped poverty households who are ethnic minorities so that they can rise up to escape poverty sustainably; preserve and promote the good traditional cultural values ​​of ethnic minorities in the area... From there, bring the mountainous areas to catch up with the lowlands, so that ethnic minorities can enjoy the development achievements of the province, so that no one is left behind.
