These are 15 105mm ceremonial guns transported by the 45th Artillery Brigade to My Dinh National Stadium to serve the comprehensive training programs, preliminary rehearsal, final rehearsal and official celebration of National Day September 2.
The soldiers selected for the brigade are those with qualifications and experience in training.

The entire artillery team is organized into 5 platoons, each platoon consists of 3 guns. When on duty, platoon 1 will fire 5 rounds, the remaining four platoons will fire 4 rounds, ensuring rhythm and synchronization.
Each gun has three gunners directly operating it: gunner number 1 is responsible for pulling the trigger to fire each shot, gunner number 2 opens and closes the breech, and gunner number 3 loads the shell into the chamber. The required speed for each reload is about 3 seconds.

Mr. Tran Van Phuc (32 years old, Dai Mo Ward, Hanoi) said that in previous years he usually returned to his hometown, but this year he decided to stay to join in the national atmosphere.
He also wanted to go to the city to watch the parade, but because he had a small child, he decided to choose this location to watch the fireworks.
Mr. Tran Van Phuc's family took the opportunity to check-in at the fireworks assembly point.

"Seeing the artillery fire, I immediately thought of the moment of victory at Dien Bien Phu. I did not live during the war, but every time I watch the footage of the Dien Bien Phu victory, my emotions surge," said Mr. Phuc emotionally.
According to plan, the forces participating in the parade rehearsal and march tonight, August 24, at Ba Dinh Square include 4 honor guard units and 43 units representing the armed forces (26 military units, 17 police units).

Along with that are 13 mass blocs, including: Vietnamese Farmers' Bloc, Great National Unity Bloc, Bloc representing 54 ethnic groups, Veterans' Bloc, Former People's Police Bloc, Vietnamese Workers' Bloc, Revolutionary Press Bloc, Intellectuals' Bloc, Businessmen's Bloc, Women's Bloc, Overseas Vietnamese Bloc, Youth Bloc and Culture - Sports Bloc.
The parade blocks happily dropped hearts and interacted with the people.

The standing forces include: Guards on the podium and 29 standing blocks, of which 18 armed force blocks stand opposite grandstand A; 11 mass blocks stand on both sides of the armed force blocks.

Foreign military bloc, Vietnam has invited representatives of 4 countries to participate. Currently 3 countries Russia, Laos, Cambodia have sent forces to Vietnam and participated in joint training since the evening of August 21.
Separately, Chinese forces are expected to arrive in Vietnam at the end of August.
