Domestic coffee prices today September 1, 2025
Today, September 1, coffee prices in the Central Highlands region did not fluctuate compared to yesterday.
Of which, coffee prices in Dak Nong and Dak Lak remained unchanged, at 122,600 VND/kg and 122,400 VND/kg.
Next, coffee price in Gia Lai stood at 122,100 VND/kg.
Meanwhile, Lam Dong is the locality with the lowest price, trading at 121,700 VND/kg.
Coffee trading in Vietnam has been quiet due to tight end-of-season supplies and weak demand, traders said, but some buyers have offered prices for December shipments starting at VND100,000 ($4.4) per kilogram.
In the coming time, coffee prices are still expected to maintain an upward trend, but the increase may slow down when the harvest season in Vietnam enters its peak. According to Mr. Nguyen Nam - Chairman of the Vietnam Coffee - Cocoa Association, coffee prices may continue to stay high until Vietnam enters the harvest season in October.
However, the coffee market has recently been quite complex and rapidly changing, which is also a risk for production and business activities. In addition, the market also depends heavily on global supply and demand and the fluctuations of speculators.
