With a similar decrease, the price of coffee in Lam Dong province is currently 121,700 VND/kg. Meanwhile, in Dak Lak , coffee is trading at 122,300 VND/kg, after decreasing 1,400 VND/kg compared to yesterday.

Despite short-term fluctuations, long-term factors such as climate change, reduced production in Brazil and US tariffs are expected to keep global coffee prices high. Vietnam - the world's largest Robusta exporter - is still considered to have an advantage in the context of continued international supply shortages.
For pepper, domestic purchasing prices on August 30 continued to increase sharply, bringing the average price to 153,000 VND/kg - the highest level since the beginning of August.
Accordingly, pepper price in Dak Lak increased by 1,000 VND/kg, currently at 153,000 VND/kg; in Gia Lai increased by 2,000 VND/kg, currently at 151,500 VND/kg; in Lam Dong increased by 1,000 VND/kg, to 153,000 VND/kg.

Both increasing by 2,000 VND/kg, pepper in Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai is currently trading at 152,000 VND/kg.
Domestic pepper prices continued to increase for four consecutive days since the beginning of the week. This trend was supported by gradually narrowing supply and the decline of the USD, creating favorable conditions for year-end trading activities.
