Delegates attending the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Binh Xa commune, term 2025-2030.

Comrade Ha Trung Kien, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee attended and directed the Congress. Also attending were the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, People's Council, leaders of the People's Committee; leaders of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Party Building Committee, Public Security, Military and 95 typical delegates representing all classes in the commune.

Binh Xa commune was established on the basis of merging Binh Xa commune and Minh Huong commune. During the past term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Xa commune has done a good job of propagating and mobilizing people to carry out patriotic emulation movements and campaigns; mobilizing support for the "For the Poor" Fund with over 85 million VND; mobilizing support for eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses; during the term, 74 houses were completed for poor households, meritorious people, and policy families with a total cost of over 4.3 billion VND; social supervision and criticism work, and the implementation of civilized lifestyles in weddings and funerals have been focused on and implemented.

Speaking at the Congress, comrade Ha Trung Kien, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the results that the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Binh Xa commune has achieved in recent years. Comrade Ha Trung Kien, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, suggested that the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the commune should continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, actively carry out digital transformation, apply technology in performing tasks; continue to build self-management models in residential areas, creating a spread in the community; do a good job of propagating people to participate in patriotic emulation campaigns and movements; improve the effectiveness of supervision and social criticism, and organize dialogue activities between leaders of Party committees and authorities with Front officials and people.

With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Development", the Congress discussed and resolved many important contents: The Congress approved the report on the results achieved in the period 2024-2029, agreed on 12 targets, 6 Action Programs to implement Front work in the term 2025 - 2030

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Xa commune, term 2025-2030, was introduced to the Congress.

The Congress elected 56 members to join the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Xa Commune; elected the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the Commune, consisting of 5 members; and elected a delegation to attend the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tuyen Quang Province, term 2025 - 2030. Mr. Hoang Trung Phuong was elected by the Congress to hold the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Xa Commune, term 1, term 2025 - 2030.
