Attending the workshop were representatives from the leadership of Yen Son commune, leaders of the Provincial Business Association, the Yen Son Regional Business Association; school leaders, and many businesses and production and trading establishments in the area.
Established in 2003, and having undergone more than 22 years of development, Tuyen Quang Technical and Technological Vocational College has been recognized by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for 5 key vocational fields at the international and national levels: Industrial Electricity, Automotive Technology, Information Technology, Agricultural Management, and Construction Engineering. In 2021, the Provincial People's Committee approved a plan to develop the college into a high-quality technical human resource training institution for the province.

At the workshop, delegates exchanged and shared information on labor recruitment needs, vocational skill requirements, and coordination mechanisms between businesses and schools in organizing training, internships, and recruitment of students after graduation. Currently, Tuyen Quang Technical and Technological Vocational College trains 27 vocational fields at three levels: elementary, intermediate, and college, with over 1,800 students; the employment rate for graduates is over 94%.

Speaking at the workshop, the leaders of the Provincial Business Association and delegates unanimously affirmed that strengthening the link between schools and businesses is a crucial solution to implement Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam (13th term) on breakthroughs in education and training development, and the development of high-quality human resources; fundamentally and comprehensively reforming vocational education in an open and flexible direction linked to the needs of the economy and businesses, while simultaneously perfecting mechanisms and policies to encourage businesses to participate deeply in the training process.

The workshop contributed to the formation of a network linking "the State - Schools - Businesses - Scientists," aiming to improve the quality of human resources to serve the socio-economic development of the province.
Earlier, delegates and businesses visited the lecture halls and practical workshops for Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and Information Technology; they also visited the welding workshop and the automotive technology workshop of the school.
