Closing ceremony of the vocational training course for workers hired on order from businesses.

On August 26th, Tuyen Quang Technical and Technological Vocational College, in collaboration with Tuyen Quang Water Supply and Drainage Joint Stock Company, held the closing ceremony for a vocational training course on pump station operation for 40 employees of the company.

Deputy Principal of Tuyen Quang Technical and Technological Vocational College, Dinh Viet Cuong, presented training certificates to the trainees.

This is a customized training program, specifically designed to enhance the professional skills of the workforce at Tuyen Quang Water Supply and Drainage Joint Stock Company. In less than three months, trainees were equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to operate and maintain pumping stations, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the water supply and drainage system. Simultaneously, it helped employees update their knowledge, strengthen their skills, and thereby improve productivity and work efficiency.

At the end of the course, all 40 trainees received vocational training certificates, marking the success of the program. This targeted training collaboration not only helps businesses address the shortage of high-quality human resources but also contributes to increasing the percentage of trained workers in the province. Simultaneously, it opens up a new training trend, aiming to provide high-quality human resources that directly meet the needs of the labor market, focusing on targeted vocational training and training tailored to societal needs.
