Launching and training in propaganda for members of the "Farmers with the Law" Club

The Provincial Farmers' Association has just organized a launch and training course on propaganda for members of the "Farmers with the Law" Club in Tu Vu commune, Thanh Thuy district for more than 100 farmer members.

Representatives of the Provincial Farmers' Association presented flowers to celebrate the launching ceremony of the "Farmers with the Law" Club.

At the conference, the Provincial Farmers' Association approved the Decision to establish the Steering Committee, the Executive Committee, the working and operating regulations of the Club; the coordination regulations between the People's Committee and the Farmers' Association of Tu Vu commune. Accordingly, the Club with 50 members, the Executive Committee consisting of 3 to 5 members works according to the principle of democratic centralism, ensuring unity and clear assignment of specific tasks.

The establishment of the "Farmers with the Law" Club is an important content in building the model of "Farmers' Association participating in receiving citizens, resolving complaints and denunciations of farmers with the implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Regulations and participating in social supervision and criticism" according to Decision No. 81/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister "On coordination between ministries, branches, People's Committees at all levels and Vietnam Farmers' Associations at all levels in receiving citizens, resolving complaints and denunciations of farmers". The Club meets periodically once a month, and meets suddenly when requested by the Steering Committee. The Club is responsible for training knowledge on legal policies, grassroots mediation, resolving complaints and denunciations, providing legal aid, and legal advice to officials and farmer members; coordinating with departments, branches, and organizations to conduct social supervision and criticism in the commune to ensure compliance with legal regulations; Participate in reconciling conflicts among farmers and propose solutions to resolve farmers' complaints and denunciations, not allowing complaints to escalate.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, the Club members and farmers of Tu Vu commune were informed about the basic and practical contents of legal education and dissemination activities, propaganda work, and legal aid so that Club members can play their role well in participating in resolving complaints, denunciations and disputes, limiting the situation of complaints, lawsuits, and prolonged conflicts among members and farmers at the grassroots level.

On this occasion, the Provincial Farmers' Association presented the "Legal Bookcase" Club with nearly 20 books placed at the hall of the People's Committee of Tu Vu commune for people to learn about legal knowledge.
