On October 26, Tay Tuu Ward organized "Digital Sunday" at the Cultural House of Nguyen Xa 2 Residential Group. The event attracted a large number of people to participate, including more than 200 people who were directly supported and guided to carry out administrative procedures (TTHC) on the National Public Service Portal. Here, ward officials and volunteers enthusiastically guided people on how to declare and submit documents online, look up the status of TTHC settlement, and at the same time answered common questions during the process of using public services.
Not only stopping at supporting administrative procedures, the program also integrates many practical activities to help people get acquainted with digital platforms serving daily life. People are guided to install and use applications such as VNeID (electronic identification), iHanoi ( Hanoi 's online public service portal), Etax mobile (electronic tax service), VssID (digital social insurance) and especially the "Digital Popular Education" platform - a tool to support people in learning basic digital skills anytime, anywhere.



Ward officials and volunteers enthusiastically guided people on how to declare and submit documents online, look up the status of administrative procedures, and answered common questions during the use of public services.
In addition, the Ward People's Committee also distributed the "Tay Tuu Digital Handbook" - a comprehensive document guiding the operation of applications, procedures for performing public services, and many digital utilities serving the people. Notably, the program also supports the registration of personal digital signatures and gives free 5G SIM cards to participating people, helping to encourage the habit of accessing and using the Internet in life and work.
Within the framework of the event, Tay Tuu ward also encouraged people to follow and interact with local official information channels on social networks such as Zalo Official Account, Facebook Fanpage, and the ward's YouTube channel, thereby contributing to building a civilized digital community, connecting and interacting effectively between the government and the people.
According to the leader of Tay Tuu Ward People's Committee, "Digital Sunday" is not only an opportunity to promote and popularize digital skills, but also a communication model close to the people, practical, effective, aiming at the goal of 100% of people accessing and using online public services in the coming time. The organization of "Mobile Digital Popularization" will continue to be maintained and expanded in scope so that all people have the opportunity to access technology, contributing to promoting comprehensive digital transformation, building Tay Tuu ward smart, modern, friendly to the people.
