Nhon Trach Commune successfully organized the 1st Commune Trade Union Conference, term 2025

Comrade Nguyen Quoc Dung, Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation, spoke at the Conference.

Attending the Conference were comrade Phan Van Anh - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor , comrade Nguyen Quoc Dung, President of the Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation, leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune and 56 official delegates.
Currently, Nhon Trach Commune Union manages 29 grassroots unions in 3 communes: Nhon Trach, Dai Phuoc and Phuoc An with 2,583 union members out of a total of 2,971 workers. Since its establishment, the Commune Union has developed 73 more union members, including 1,120 core union members, reaching a rate of 43%. The Union organization has proactively advised and acted as a bridge to help the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune mobilize enterprises to implement many social security and welfare programs, providing practical care for union members, workers in difficult circumstances, orphans and vulnerable groups with a total value of hundreds of millions of VND.

Leaders of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Provincial Confederation of Labor and the Commune Party Committee presented flowers to congratulate the Executive Committee of the Nhon Trach Commune Trade Union, term I, 2025 - 2030.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Nguyen Quoc Dung - Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the Commune Trade Union in the past time. At the same time, he requested the Trade Union to continue to focus on protecting the legal and legitimate rights of union members and workers; maintain and replicate the models of "Union Shelter", "Union Meal", "Tet Sum Vay", organize cultural and sports activities, propagate the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws to union members and workers. At the same time, it is necessary to constantly innovate the content and methods of operation, seek and deploy good models and effective methods to take better care of union members.
At the Conference, the Standing Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation announced the Decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman, Vice Chairman, Inspection Committee and Chairman, Vice Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Nhon Trach Commune Trade Union for the first term, 2025 - 2030 term. Accordingly, comrade Thai Chan was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Nhon Trach Commune Trade Union for the first term, 2025 - 2030 term, and was also appointed as a delegate to attend the 1st Congress of Dong Nai Provincial Trade Union, 2025 - 2030 term.
