According to the Southern and Central Highlands Meteorological and Hydrological Station's forecast, Ho Chi Minh City's weather today, October 27th, will have light fog in the early morning, gradually dissipating in the afternoon as the sun comes out. "The fog is caused by the formation of a convergence zone in the Southern region, with high humidity and a decrease in temperature. This creates favorable conditions for cloud formation, resulting in cloudy skies, nighttime rain, little to no sunshine in the early morning, and the development of low-lying clouds, giving a hazy, foggy appearance," explained a representative from the Southern Meteorological and Hydrological Station.
