On October 27th, Masan Group Joint Stock Company (stock code MSN) announced its financial report for the third quarter of 2025 and the first nine months of 2025. Accordingly, revenue in the third quarter of 2025 reached VND 21,164 billion, an increase of 9.7% compared to the same period on a similar basis, and after-tax profit reached VND 1,866 billion, 1.4 times higher than the same period last year.

For the first nine months of this year, Masan achieved revenue of VND 58,376 billion, an 8% increase year-on-year, and after-tax profit of VND 4,468 billion, a 63.9% increase year-on-year, equivalent to more than 90% of the full-year plan. Growth was driven by strong profitability at its subsidiaries. Specifically, WinCommerce achieved revenue of VND 28,459 billion in the first nine months, a 16.6% increase, and after-tax profit of VND 243 billion, a VND 447 billion increase year-on-year. Since the beginning of the year, WinCommerce has opened 464 stores, exceeding its base target and aiming to achieve its high-scenario goal by the end of the year. Notably, over 80% of the new stores have already reached the break-even point, solidifying its position as Vietnam's most profitable modern retailer by store size, with approximately 4,500 stores projected nationwide by the end of the year.

In addition, Masan MEATLife achieved revenue of VND 6,794 billion in the first nine months of the year, a 24.7% increase year-on-year, and after-tax profit of VND 466 billion, a 526 billion VND increase year-on-year, thanks to continued efficient operations and increased sales volume across all segments (livestock, fresh meat, and processed meat). Revenue growth came from both the livestock segment (up 30.1% year-on-year) and the meat segment (up 21.5% year-on-year), driven by higher productivity and close collaboration in the value chain with WinCommerce, which helped increase sales and optimize distribution.

Masan Consumer Corporation (stock code MCH) recorded revenue of VND 21,281 billion in the first nine months of the year, down 3.1% compared to the same period last year, and after-tax profit of VND 4,660 billion, down 16.1% compared to the same period last year, due to the impact of the nationwide implementation of the "Direct Distribution" model in traditional sales channels. However, the results showed improvement month by month and quarter by quarter, creating momentum for growth in subsequent periods. As of Q3 2025, the average number of active sales points reached 345,000, a 40% increase compared to the same period last year. Sales efficiency also improved, with the average number of products per order reaching 3.4 products, a 50% increase compared to the same period last year, reflecting better sales quality and product mix. Notably, the average sales value per point of sale in the initial phases gradually increased month by month, demonstrating increasingly efficient sales performance. Simultaneously, subsidiaries and members such as Masan High-Tech Materials and Techcombank also contributed to the high profit growth of the entire Masan Group...

"The Q3 results mark a significant milestone for Masan in its journey to comprehensively modernize Vietnam's consumer and retail industry in a sustainable and profitable manner. We expect to create strong synergies by building a unified membership program, connecting WinCommerce's modern retail channel with Masan Consumer's direct distribution model, thereby expanding access and serving traditional sales points nationwide more effectively. Our goal is to connect brands, retailers, and consumers, whether online or offline, to fully serve the needs of over 100 million Vietnamese people. This will be a solid foundation for sustainable growth and creating long-term value for shareholders," said Dr. Nguyen Dang Quang, Chairman of Masan Group, shared.
