Welcome back "climber" Doan Thanh Tung after the final round of Road to Olympia

On the evening of October 27, at Cam Ranh airport, teachers of Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted (South Nha Trang) and a number of students organized a welcoming ceremony for "mountain climber" Doan Thanh Tung, class 12 Sinh, returning from the final round of the Road to Olympia 2025 competition.

Ms. Dang Ngoc Le Thy - Principal of the school shared: "Thanh Tung left a good impression at the competition with his resilient and brave playing style and had moments of emotional explosion at the S14 studio of Vietnam Television as well as at the home connection point. Although he was only runner-up in the competition, for the teachers and students of the school, he is the champion in everyone's hearts."

In the moment of returning home after the final match of the Road to Olympia 2025, Doan Thanh Tung could not hide his emotions: “I feel very warm and extremely grateful to be welcomed by teachers, friends and everyone. I would like to send my sincere thanks to everyone who has always been with me, cheering me on not only in this moment but throughout the past journey, especially the days of practicing and cheering for me at the Khanh Hoa bridge. Even though it was raining heavily, everyone was still there to encourage me. I was really touched. I want to say that this is not my own success, but the common pride of the school, of those who supported me and of Khanh Hoa province”.
