Up to now, 100% of incoming and outgoing records, documents, documents, contracts with customers have been digitized. The data after digitization is standardized, ensuring accuracy and consistency, meeting the requirements of monitoring, operating, administering and managing the national grid system in the whole province. The digital transformation process has become an important driving force to help the company improve production and business efficiency, increasingly better meeting the socio-economic development needs of the province. Besides, responding to the campaign "Each Youth Union member has a creative idea" and the movement "Creative Youth", many Youth Union members in the company have had initiatives and solutions to improve production and business efficiency.

In the field of volunteering for community life, Khanh Hoa Power Youth has organized many practical and meaningful volunteer activities, contributing to the implementation of social security activities, creating a spread in the community such as: Volunteering to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas; volunteering to protect the environment, responding to climate change; Youth Month; "Repaying gratitude" activities, "Drinking water, remembering its source"; voluntary blood donation... Along with that, the company's Youth Union has carried out many youth projects, typically: In 2022, participating in supporting the repair of household electricity for 70 households and promoting safe and economical electricity use for people in Bac Ai district (now Bac Ai commune); in 2023, installing 12 solar-powered light bulb positions with a total length of about 600m in the Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign in My Binh ward (now Phan Rang ward); In 2024, 25 solar light bulb locations with a total length of about 2.5km will be installed in the Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign in Ninh Phuoc district (now Ninh Phuoc commune)... At the same time, the Union also maintains cultural and artistic activities among the Youth Union members and workers, contributing to increasing solidarity, cooperation and mutual support in many aspects, creating a competitive atmosphere of labor and production, striving to excellently complete assigned tasks.

During the 2025 - 2030 term, Khanh Hoa Power Company's Youth Union strives for 100% of its youth union members to study and thoroughly grasp the Party's resolutions and the State's laws and policies; annually organize 3 - 5 youth projects and tasks; strive for at least 10 outstanding union members to be admitted to the Party; maintain volunteer activities, social security and build a sports model to improve health, physical and mental strength for youth union members.
