25 applications for consideration of awarding titles in the field of handicrafts in Hanoi

The Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade has just announced the list of individuals with applications for consideration of titles in the field of handicrafts in 2025.

Accordingly, pursuant to Decree No. 43/2024/ND-CP dated April 19, 2024 of the Government detailing the awarding of the titles "People's Artisan", "Meritorious Artisan" in the field of handicrafts; Decision No. 355/QD-BCT dated February 10, 2025 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on promulgating the Plan for awarding the titles "People's Artisan", "Meritorious Artisan" in the field of handicrafts for the 6th time, the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade issued Plan No. 3709/KH-SCT dated July 14, 2025 for implementation.

The Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade has received 25 sets of documents. Of these, 15 sets of documents propose to award the title of "Meritorious Artisan" to artisans: Nguyen Van Son (Phu Nghia commune); Cao Van Chien (Thien Loc commune); Quach Phan Tuan Anh (Hoang Mai ward); Nguyen Khac Tien (Tay Phuong commune); Nguyen Van Hiep (Gia Lam commune); Nguyen Van Binh (Son Dong commune); Nguyen Dinh Huy (Da Phuc commune); Bui Thi Hai Ha (Tung Thien ward); Bui Thi Thanh Hai (Phuc Tho commune); Bui Bach Dang (Binh Minh commune); Hoang Doan Hoa (Hung Dao commune); Do Dinh Thuong (Kieu Phu commune); Ha Van Long, Nguyen Danh Tu, Nguyen Thanh Binh (Bat Trang commune) and 10 sets of documents propose to award the title of "People's Artisan" to artisans: Pham Thi Thuan (Hong Son commune); Vu Manh Hai (Hai Ba Trung ward); Tran Xuan Trieu, Nguyen Quy Son, Tran Duc Tan (Bat Trang commune); Nguyen Duc Khoa (Chuong Duong commune); Le Van Vong, Le Ba Chung (Gia Lam commune); Nguyen Manh Hung (Hoan Kiem ward); Pham Hong Vinh (Ha Dong ward).

Pursuant to Point b, Part I, Article 14, Chapter IV of Decree No. 43/2024/ND-CP dated April 19, 2024 of the Government on publicizing the list of individuals proposed for awarding on the media of provinces and centrally-run cities; to implement the next steps, the Department of Industry and Trade publishes in detail the list of individuals with dossiers proposed for awarding the title of People's Artisan, Meritorious Artisan of handicrafts in 2025.
