Coming to Nam Mau Coal Company these days, everyone can feel the vibrant atmosphere of labor competition, spreading from departments to construction sites and workshops. To create such a positive working atmosphere, right from the beginning of the fourth quarter, Nam Mau Coal has proactively built a production plan suitable to actual conditions, and at the same time issued a specific salary incentive mechanism, linked to the level of completion and exceeding the assigned plan in the 90-day and night coal production and consumption emulation campaign.

With the strong direction of the Board of Directors, the Nam Mau Coal Company's Trade Union has played a key role in launching emulation movements to each team and each worker. The company's Board of Directors and specialized departments always closely follow the production reality, direct units to arrange human resources reasonably, and adjust the salary regime towards increasing for underground workers, which is considered one of the important factors to promote the spirit of working with high productivity and quality.

Thanks to the consensus between professionals and the trade union, in the first 9 months of 2025, the total raw coal output of Nam Mau Coal reached over 2.1 million tons, equal to 81.6% of the yearly plan; consumption work was flexibly managed, closely following the market and TKV's plan. The average income of workers reached 22.7 million VND/person/month, an increase of 15% compared to the plan, contributing to ensuring jobs, life and solidarity of mine workers. This is a favorable condition for Nam Mau Coal to complete the targets in the 90-day emulation campaign for coal production and consumption in the fourth quarter of 2025.

Not only domestic enterprises, but also foreign-invested enterprises have enthusiastically responded to emulation movements. As a 100% foreign-invested enterprise, specializing in the production of lighters for export, Van Luc Vietnam Electronics Co., Ltd. (Cai Lan Industrial Park) has always maintained stable production activities, associated with promoting emulation movements: "Good workers, creative workers", "Safety - Quality - Efficiency".

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoan, Chairman of the Company's Trade Union, said: During the production and business process, the unit has synchronously implemented many solutions to improve operational efficiency such as investing in modern production lines, innovating management and production operations, focusing on improving productivity and product quality, ensuring good environmental and labor safety criteria. Along with that, the trade union and the Board of Directors always coordinate closely in launching and organizing practical emulation movements, creating a vibrant working atmosphere, encouraging employees to enthusiastically compete to complete their tasks well.

Up to this point, Van Luc Vietnam Electronics Co., Ltd. has completed the 2025 production plan with an output of over 61 million lighters for export, exceeding the set schedule. In November, the company continued to proactively deploy orders for 2026, starting a new production cycle in a vibrant competitive atmosphere, aiming for sustainable growth, improving income and enhancing the material and spiritual life of workers.

The outstanding results of units and enterprises have contributed to creating a vibrant emulation picture throughout the province. Since the beginning of the year, workers in the province have had more than 3,000 initiatives, solutions and topics recognized with a total value of over 45 billion VND; 140 emulation projects and products have been recognized with a total value of over 8 billion VND.

With the spirit of enthusiasm, creativity and responsibility, the team of workers and laborers in the province has constantly strived to overcome difficulties, improve productivity, quality and efficiency of work. The emulation movements not only contribute to completing and exceeding production and business targets, but also create a vibrant and cohesive working atmosphere, encouraging workers to love their jobs more, be dedicated to their work and work together towards common goals.
