Looking back over the past five years, the patriotic emulation movement in Dak Lak province has been widely launched and spread from agencies, units, and businesses to every neighborhood, village, and hamlet. Many exemplary collectives and individuals, as well as good deeds and good people in all areas of social life, have been discovered and promptly recognized and commended. The quality of the commendation work has continuously improved, becoming a driving force to motivate the spirit of cadres, civil servants, and workers in their work and production.

The achievements made over the past five years are the result of the patriotic emulation movement, inherited and developed through various revolutionary periods, and the convergence and crystallization of outstanding and exemplary individuals and groups in the province's patriotic emulation movement.

Farmers in Dak Lak province are actively participating in the emulation movement to improve labor and production and increase their income.

According to Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Dak Lak, after merging with Phu Yen province, has become a large province with a large population and many potentials, advantages, and opportunities for stronger economic, cultural, and social development, improving the quality of life for its people. However, it also faces numerous challenges and difficulties, requiring the highest level of competition and determination from officials, civil servants, and the people of the province. To ensure that the province's patriotic emulation movement truly goes into depth and becomes a powerful driving force for successfully achieving the goals of the Provincial Party Congress Resolution for the 2025-2030 term, the Provincial Party Secretary requested that Party committees at all levels, localities, and sectors strengthen the dissemination of the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws on emulation and commendation in the new situation, making emulation and commendation truly become a driving force in the implementation of the political tasks of each agency, unit, and locality.

At the grassroots level, the emulation movement has deepened, linking it with the implementation of political tasks and the building of cultural life. For example, in Lien Son Lak commune, inheriting and developing the achievements, the commune Party Committee deeply understands that learning and following Uncle Ho's teachings is a regular and continuous task to build a clean and strong political system, contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality. The Secretary of the Lien Son Lak Commune Party Committee, Dao Thi Thanh An, shared that with the spirit of "Learning goes hand in hand with doing" and through concrete and practical actions such as: launching the movement to build a savings fund to follow Uncle Ho's teachings among cadres, Party members and the people; launching the "piggy bank" savings movement in the Women's Union and Women's Union of agencies and units; the "Godmother" program to help orphaned and disadvantaged children excel in their studies… has received widespread support and influence among cadres, Party members and the people.

During the period 2025-2030, Lien Son Lak commune will continue to replicate exemplary and innovative models based on the spirit of thrift and mutual support; standardize and improve the quality of implementing ethical standards associated with the political tasks of each official and Party member.

Not only local authorities, but also the business community in the province has responded and implemented many practical activities and movements to spread the patriotic emulation movement, affirming its role as a driving force for socio-economic development. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong, Director of Huong Huong Phu Trading and Service Co., Ltd. (Binh Kien ward), shared that as a business operating in the coffee processing sector, despite facing many difficulties and challenges, through unity, a sense of responsibility, and tireless efforts, the Huong Huong Phu team has overcome them and achieved proud accomplishments.

To ensure the patriotic emulation movement spreads strongly, Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet suggested that agencies, units, and localities, in addition to launching activities and movements appropriate to the actual situation, should focus on identifying and nurturing new talents and exemplary advanced models. In particular, each cadre and Party member needs to effectively play a pioneering and exemplary role and be a core element in emulation movements at the grassroots level, transforming emulation movements into widespread revolutionary movements, serving as a driving force for fulfilling the tasks of localities and units; and resolutely striving to successfully implement the Resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.

With the new role and position of Dak Lak province and a high level of determination, the patriotic emulation movement throughout the Party and people will become a vast force, a driving force to fulfill the tasks of localities and units; steadily realizing the aspiration for development and building Dak Lak into a prosperous, beautiful, civilized, and distinctive province.
