Looking back over the past 5 years, the patriotic emulation movement in Dak Lak province has been widely launched, spreading from agencies, units, enterprises to every neighborhood, village, and hamlet with many typical collectives and individuals, good people and good deeds in all areas of social life being discovered and promptly commended. The quality of commendation work has been increasingly improved, becoming a driving force to encourage the spirit of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in work and production.

The achievements over the past 5 years are the result of the patriotic emulation movement inherited and developed through revolutionary periods, the convergence and crystallization of outstanding typical factors of typical advanced collectives and individuals in the patriotic emulation movement of the province.

Farmers in Dak Lak province actively responded to the emulation movement in labor production to increase income.

According to Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, after merging with Phu Yen province, Dak Lak has become a province with a large area and a large population, with a lot of potential, advantages and opportunities to develop more strongly in terms of economy, culture, society, and improve the quality of life of the people, but there are also many challenges and difficulties, requiring the participation with the spirit of emulation and the highest determination of the cadres, civil servants, public employees and people of the province. In order for the province's patriotic emulation movement to truly go into depth and become a strong driving force to successfully implement the goals of the Provincial Party Congress Resolution for the 2025-2030 term, the Provincial Party Secretary requested Party committees at all levels, localities, and sectors to strengthen the propaganda work on the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on emulation and rewards in the new situation, making emulation and rewards truly become a driving force in implementing the political tasks of each agency, unit, and locality.

At the grassroots level, the emulation movement has gone into depth, associated with the implementation of political tasks and the building of cultural life. For example, in Lien Son Lak commune, inheriting and promoting the achieved results, the Party Committee of the commune deeply understands that learning and following Uncle Ho is a regular and continuous task to build a clean and strong political system, contributing to the development of the local socio-economy. Secretary of the Party Committee of Lien Son Lak commune Dao Thi Thanh An shared that with the spirit of "Learning goes hand in hand with following" and with specific and practical actions such as: Launching and implementing the movement to build a savings fund following Uncle Ho's teachings among cadres, party members and people; launching the "piggy bank" savings movement in the Women's Union, Women's Unions of agencies and units; the "Godmother" program to help orphaned and disadvantaged children to excel in their studies... has received consensus and spread widely among cadres, party members and people.

In the period of 2025 - 2030, Lien Son Lak commune continues to replicate typical and creative models based on the spirit of thrift and mutual love; standardize and improve the quality of implementing ethical standards associated with the political tasks of each cadre and party member.

Not only localities, the business community in the province also responded and implemented many practical activities and movements to spread the patriotic emulation movement, affirming its role as a driving force for socio-economic development. In particular, each cadre and party member needs to promote their pioneering, exemplary role and be the core in emulation movements at the grassroots level, turning the emulation movement into a widespread revolutionary movement, a driving force to carry out the tasks of localities and units; determined to strive to successfully implement the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term.
