
Representatives of the judging panel assessed the quality of the festival.
Over the two days of the festival (October 25-26), audiences enjoyed 27 outstanding artistic programs from 27 communes and wards in the province, with nearly 1,000 amateur actors and musicians participating. With 80 diverse and elaborately staged performances (singing, dancing, music, etc.) praising the Party, President Ho Chi Minh, and the homeland, including 32 group singing performances; 18 duet and trio performances; and 30 dance performances, all meticulously choreographed and directed, combined with the enthusiasm and passion of the artistic talents, creating a unique cultural and artistic space.


The performances were elaborately staged and highly appreciated by the Art Council.
According to the assessment of the Art Appraisal Council, most participating groups demonstrated a sense of responsibility, seriousness, and creativity in their training and performances, contributing to improving the artistic quality and affirming the position of the province's mass cultural movement. The festival has helped to inspire confidence and aspirations for building a more prosperous, beautiful, and civilized Phu Tho homeland...

At the end of the Festival, the Organizing Committee awarded 25 A prizes, 25 B prizes, and 28 C prizes to outstanding performances. Specifically, the A prizes were:
