While waiting for the opening ceremony, everyone sang songs praising President Ho Chi Minh. Bustling atmosphere in Van Bao - Lieu Giai street area (Ngoc Ha ward). People take the opportunity to capture beautiful images and memorable moments here. Veterans are given priority seating by Ngoc Ha ward. Ngoc Ha ward youth union members support garbage collection in the area. Soldiers from the Political Officers University stirred up the atmosphere in Trang Tien Street (Hoan Kiem Ward). The footsteps of the soldiers made the atmosphere here hotter than ever. Soldiers interact with people. The performance of the soldiers created a beautiful image in the eyes of the people and tourists. Everyone enthusiastically cheered for the soldiers.
