Many candidates and teachers commented that the Literature exam was of moderate difficulty.

Taking the first exam – Literature – candidates strived their best to achieve the highest possible score. Regarding this year's Literature exam, most candidates and teachers commented that the questions were of moderate difficulty and not designed to trick the students.

Pham Minh Thuan, a student from Thong Nhat Secondary School (Tan An City), shared: “Although I was a little surprised that the exam questions didn't cover the areas I focused on studying the most, I still tried my best to do well on the test. In my opinion, this year's Literature exam was manageable for candidates; with thorough preparation, it's possible to achieve high scores.”

Feeling relaxed and confident after finishing the Literature exam, Phan Thien Bao, a student from Tan Tru Town Secondary School (Tan Tru District), confided: "For me, this year's Literature exam was easier than last year's. I predict I'll get 7-9 points in this subject."

According to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Duy, a Literature teacher at Nguyen Thanh Nam Secondary School (Tan Tru district), the exam was appropriate for students' abilities and aligned with the province's published general structure; the questions were reasonable and focused on the core curriculum. Mr. Duy stated: “This year's Literature exam was relatively easy for students, so the competition for admission to 10th grade will be higher than in previous years. It is predicted that the admission scores for schools may increase by 1-2 points compared to previous years.”

Following the journey of students conquering the 10th grade entrance exam, Ms. Luong Thi Kim Thuyen, a Literature teacher at Nguyen Trung Truc Secondary School (Ben Luc district), was pleased that the exam questions were manageable for the students. Ms. Thuyen shared: “The Literature exam questions were consistent with the structure set by the Department of Education and Training; the questions were clear and appropriate for the students. The reading comprehension section was suitable for students with average academic ability who had reviewed thoroughly. The essay writing section, based on the second semester curriculum, contained new knowledge that had been reviewed carefully, so it didn't pose a challenge. The questions mainly focused on recognition and comprehension levels, making it relatively easy for students to complete the exam.”

The Literature exam was manageable, giving candidates more confidence, motivation, and a stronger sense of security as they head into the remaining two subjects - English and Mathematics.
