Specifically, on November 20th, both day and night, the northern South China Sea (including the waters around the Hoang Sa archipelago) will experience winds of force 6, sometimes force 7 during the day; and winds of force 6 at night, sometimes force 7 in the northeastern area, with gusts of force 8-9. The sea will be rough.

The sea area from Quang Ngai to Ca Mau , the central part of the East Sea, and the western part of the southern East Sea (including the western sea area of the Truong Sa archipelago) will experience winds of force 6, gusting to force 7-8. The sea will be rough.

On November 21st, day and night, the eastern part of the North East Sea; the sea area from Binh Dinh to Ca Mau and the western part of the Central East Sea will experience strong northeasterly winds of force 6, gusting to force 7-8, with waves 2.0-4.0m high and rough seas; the western part of the South East Sea (including the western sea area of the Truong Sa archipelago) will experience strong northeasterly winds of force 5, sometimes force 6, gusting to force 7-8, with waves 2.0-4.0m high and rough seas.

The specific weather conditions in these areas are as follows:

Hanoi : Cloudy, sunny during the day, no rain at night. Northeast wind, force 2-3. Cold in the morning and at night.

Lowest temperature: 14-16 degrees.

Maximum temperature: 25-27 degrees.

Northwestern Vietnam: Cloudy, sunny during the day, scattered rain at night. Light winds. Cold in the morning and at night. Beware of frost in mountainous areas.

Lowest temperature: 12-15 degrees, in some places below 12 degrees.

Maximum temperature: 24-27 degrees, with some areas exceeding 27 degrees.

Northeast Vietnam: Cloudy, sunny during the day, no rain at night, with scattered showers in mountainous areas. Northeast wind at level 2-3. Cold in the morning and at night. High mountainous areas should be wary of frost.

Lowest temperature: 14-17 degrees, in mountainous areas some places below 12 degrees.

Maximum temperature: 24-27 degrees, with some areas exceeding 27 degrees.

Thanh Hoa - Thua Thien Hue: The northern part will be cloudy with sunny days and no rain at night; the southern part will be mostly cloudy with scattered rain, clearing up in the afternoon with sunshine. North to northwest winds at level 2-3. Cold in the north in the morning and at night, cool in the south.

Lowest temperatures: 15-17 degrees in the North, 17-19 degrees in the South.

Maximum temperature: 24-27 degrees, with some areas exceeding 27 degrees.

Da Nang to Binh Thuan: Cloudy, sunny during the day, scattered showers and thunderstorms in the evening and at night. Northeast wind at level 2-3. There is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, and strong gusts of wind during thunderstorms.

Lowest temperatures: 20-23 degrees Celsius in the North, 23-25 degrees Celsius in the South.

Highest temperatures: 26-29 degrees in the North, 29-32 degrees in the South.

Central Highlands: Cloudy, sunny during the day, with scattered showers and thunderstorms in the evening and at night. Northeast to east winds, 2-3 Beaufort scale. There is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, and strong gusts of wind during thunderstorms.

Lowest temperature: 16-19 degrees.

Maximum temperature: 26-29 degrees.

Southern Vietnam: Cloudy, sunny during the day, with scattered showers and thunderstorms in the evening and at night. Northeast winds at level 2-3. There is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, and strong gusts of wind during thunderstorms.

Lowest temperature: 22-25 degrees.

Maximum temperature: 30-33 degrees Celsius; in some areas of the Mekong Delta, temperatures may drop below 30 degrees Celsius.
