The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Agriculture and Environment stated that the implementation of this policy is being carried out through a socialized approach, with the land belonging to the Phan Dinh Phung stadium project being the first priority location for implementation.
“Using vacant land as temporary parks and gardens not only contributes to urban beautification and provides public spaces for people during Tet, but also helps to reduce the waste of land resources. Once all legal documents are completed, the land will be developed according to the approved plan,” a representative from the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Agriculture and Environment further shared.
