Recently, tourists not only come to swim at Doi Duong beach, but also walk in Thuong Chanh park. The park is not yet completed but has initially attracted a large number of local people and tourists to play, visit and swim. Thuong Chanh park has a land use area of about 34,000 m² in Hung Long ward, Phan Thiet city, the project has a total investment of 30 billion VND. The goal of the project is to create an urban landscape, a relaxation, entertainment and recreation area for local people, contributing to upgrading and beautifying the urban area and creating a "green, clean, beautiful" environment in the area.

The project started construction in October 2022 and will be completed in the first quarter of 2024. The project scale includes Area A, Area B, and traffic roads. Area A includes the following items: an administration building and a public restroom with a construction area of about 666 m²; a sports field with an area of about 1,711 m²; a landscape hill with an area of about 1,588 m²; a camping ground with an area of about 2,170 m²; a miniature landscape area with an area of about 527 m²... Area B includes the following items: a parking lot with an area of about 981 m²; a square with an area of about 1,957 m²; a landscaped hut area with an area of about 2,215 m²; a children's play area with an area of about 3,722 m²; an art sculpture garden with an area of about 1,390 m²...

Mr. Do Minh Tri - Director of the Phan Thiet City Construction Investment Project Management Board, said: The current construction progress of the project has reached about 88%. Of which, the basic construction has been completed, including the administration building and public restrooms in areas A and B, parking lot in area A; sports field, landscape hill, camping ground, road yard in area A, green windbreak strip, retaining wall in areas A and B, square, traffic road. Currently, the construction and installation of lighting poles (50 poles), and the installation of 9 flagpoles are underway...

Thuong Chanh Park is located in a beautiful location, the intersection of Ca Ty River and the sea. People come here to walk around and swim. For tourists, this is a new place worth walking around and taking some unique photos when the frame has Ca Ty River, colorful boats anchored and the sound of waves and tourists...
